The Cottages (4 American style cottages)w/ Pool

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This enclave is made up of 4 cottages and a bunk house. The bunk house has a small kitchen which you can use. Each cottage comfortably sleeps 6-7 people. The four cottages can comfortably sleeps 16 people and additional head up to 26 pax is permitted w/ a small fee.Each cottage is fitted with a complete bathroom and warm shower. Food is not provided in the premises.Karaoke and bose sound system included. The space Cottage 1: Has a double deck bed (2 single size beds) on the main floor. The mezzanine/Loft has a full size Floor mattress. This cottage has a complete bathroom w/ warm shower. All the cottages are like a tiny house with a loft and is like a studio. No separate closed door bedrooms for each unit. Cottage 2: Has a queen size bed on the main floor and a uratex full size floor mattress on the mezzanine/loft. It has it’s own complete bathroom and warm shower. Cottage 3: Has a double size bed on the main floor and a uratex double size floor mattress on the mezzanine/loft. It has it’s own complete bathroom and warm shower Cottage 4: Has a queen size bed on the main floor and a uratex twin size floor mattress on the mezzanine/loft. It has it’s own complete bathroom and warm shower. *All the cottages are fitted with a brand new split type 2hp aircondition and portable electric fans. At Night time specially during the colder months AC units are not necessary as the place gets cold. Guest access The guests will have access to the glass enclosed Dining area and kitchen in the bunk house. The bunk house has a bedroom and a bathroom but guests won’t have access to it since it currently serves as a storage room and the care taker quarter. There is a bathroom at the back of the bunk house which guests can use when they are in the bunkhouse for meals and cooking. Guests will have exclusive use and access to the pool from 7:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. There is an outdoor shower by the pool and we expect all guests to take a shower before they go into the pool. Chairs , tables and outdoor umbrellas are provided. Guests pretty much have access to the outdoor area of the property. Parking is free and could accommodate up to 8 cars. Other things to note We provide use of our bose sound system and videoke for free. We provide free drinking water via water dispenser,barako coffee w/ creamer & sugar(coffee maker). Charcoal griller w/ charcoal already included. We have a complete kitchen w/ rice cooker,hot water kettle,refrigerator and basic cooking utensils, plates, serving dishes,spoons and forks,wine glasses,cups,mugs. The place has only one kitchen,the cottages does not have it’s own kitchen but all our reservations are private even if you reserve only one cottage(allowed all days except Saturdays. )There is a separate airbnb listing for this. Saturdays are reserved for big groups of 16+ pax in 4 cottages.
