Guest access During your stay, we offer a variety of facilities for your convenience and enjoyment, including: All bedrooms equipped with TV, AC / Heaters, Fan, Hot water. No Air conditioner provided in drawing/dining area. Wifi: Complimentary internet access with 40 Mbps speed is available throughout the accommodation. Kitchen: We have three kitchens each equipped with 3-5 burner cooking range, fridge, oven, toaster, kettle, crockery, cooking pots, and basic spices. Guests can self cook in all kitchens. Let us know one day in advance if you need a cook and we can provide with additional charges @ 4000 per day including breakfast, lunch and dinner. (Breakfast @ 1500/day, Lunch or Dinner @ 2000/day). Dining Room equipped glass table, 8 chairs and buffet table. Servant available on site can assist with cooking, serving meals, dish washing, room cleaning, and grocery delivery. This service is optional @2000 per day. Rate can be adjusted as per scope of work. Lounge equipped with Sofa, coffee tables, 65" Smart TV with wide range of cable channels. Hot Tub/Panaromic Jacuzzi: Indulge in relaxation and luxury with our hot tub or Jacuzzi. Washing & Dryer: Guest can use our washing, dryer and iron facilities. Reverse Osmosis Water Filter: installed for safe and filtered drinking water. Rooftop Garden, BBQ, Firepit: Enjoy the amazing Margalla hills view while sunbathing or having an outdoor cooking, BBQ, Firepit on our rooftop. Free parking: 4 indoor parking spaces available. Additonal cars can park outdoor free of charge. Maid/Driver accomodation: 1-2 servant/drivers can stay free of charge in servant room where our servant also staying. Servant room has small kitchen and separate entrance. Other things to note Honda Civic car available for rent at @ 7000 per day. Cook or Servant is provided with additional charges as per scope of work. One day advance notice required. Additional guests staying overnight, will be subject to an extra charge of 8 USD / 2000 rupees per guest. We want to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable stay, and this fee helps us maintain the quality of service and amenities for EVERYONE. MAXIMUM guest capacity of our home is 24 guests. Parties, wedding or engagement functions needs prior permission and additional charges will apply accordingly.
