Space features one bedroom with queen memory foam bed, luxury shared bathroom, private parking & two outdoor seating areas on back lower patio. The space Just TWO MILES from DOWNTOWN Atlanta, 15 MINUTES - 9.5 miles from the Hartsfield-Jackson AIRPORT with MARTA BUS stop outside the front door step in two directions. This shared property is large and the rooms are spacious. The property neighborhood is directly adjacent to the BeltLine, Benteen Park, Chosewood Park, Grant Park, Thomasville Heights, Summerhill and Peoplestown neighborhoods. East Atlanta Village and Edgewood is about 12-15 mins away. Thermostat is located next to the wall near the microwave. This is a 1930 Bungalow - two (2) unit split by upstairs and downstairs units newly renovated home top to bottom in 2022. House features (6) spacious rooms, 10ft ceiling w/ ceiling fans in the upper stairs units. This property also gets monthly pest control from Orkin to minimize insects, etc. Shared room #6 features hardwood floors, 32in Smart Roku TV in the bedroom with a closet, mirror, dresser & night stand. Room also has a deck and PRIVATE ENTRANCE from the back lower patio. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 11P-7A. This area has a kitchenette boosting a sink, full size refrigerator and microwave. Also sitting area for two in the kitchen area. THERE IS NO STOVE IN THE KITCHENETTE. Please do not bring airfryers, George Foreman grills, interior griddle’s, etc. $200 fee and will be asked to leave if caught using one of the above items The exterior of the property features a long driveway with a turnaround parking pad in the rear, large fenced yard with a huge custom built fire pit. There’s also a rear lower deck both with amble premium patio seating. Private entrance off the back lower patio. Tiki candles also provided. AT THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY PRIVATE ENTRANCE LOWER LEVEL. There is a cleaning fee added as I provide clean wash cloths and towels to all guest. Free washing machine (please supply own detergent), iron and ironing board. The house is open beside a few locked/ restricted areas. I pride myself on cleanliness and customer service so I promise the cleanest and customer service is next to none on any STR platform. THE CLEANING FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE DAILY OR ROOM SERVICE. The cleaning fee is to clean bedrooms after your stay and also to ensure the property is fully stocked with all the essentials necessary for a clean and comfortable stay No 3rd Party bookings on behalf of others, unless previously discussed with host. Host has right to cancel booking if the person who books the space isn’t the person staying. Host has right to cancel if any illegal activity occurs on property. If host is suspicious of any questionable guest activity guest will be escorted off property and no refund issued, this includes AirBnB fraud and scams. Enjoy your stay.
