This light and bright Mar Vista home is located in a great neighborhood. With easy access to restaurants and cafes on Washington Blvd & Venice Blvd. Marina Del Rey and Venice/Santa Monica beach is only about a 10/15 minute drive away, with public transportation literally around the corner. We hope you enjoy your stay with us, thank you! The space Modern, clean and comfortable room in a recently renovated, gorgeous modern home with ton of sunlight. This spacious private room is a fantastic space for your stay in Los Angeles. Comfortably sleeps two with a luxurious queen size bed. As you arrive, your room will be waiting for you - after being professionally cleaned. You'll be welcomed with a complimentary gift basket with snacks and drinks, so you can relax and feel right at home. Please note that you are renting a PRIVATE GUEST SUITE within a larger house. You'll have a private entrance and bathroom as well as access to the backyard if you'd like to breath in the fresh air and take in the beautiful sun! Fast Wi-Fi available, so you can catch up with friends or on work at any time during the day. Private fridge, with free drinks are provided. There is also a coffee maker and microwave along with utensils and plates. Necessities, like fresh towels and linens are provided upon arrival. Additionally, toiletries like shampoo and body wash are provided free of charge. Guest access Guests will have access to a metal gate down the driveway that'll lead to the backyard/deck area. Once you enter past the metal gate you will see the patio to your left. Upon climbing up the few stairs you will see the entrance to the guest suite, which will be located on your right hand side. Other things to note Although the house is only one level there are a couple stairs that you’ll have to climb in order to reach the suite. For example the patio area that leads to the suite has a set of stairs with three steps. Once you enter the suite you’ll enter the bathroom first and you’ll encounter the final step that leads you into the room itself. Registration Details HSR25-002305
