In order to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience during your stay, we would like to provide you with some information on guest access at our property. Upon arrival at the gate the security will take your details and grant you in access into the complex. Guests will self check in via lockbox. You will be provided with a remote key for gate which will allow you to come and go as you please, giving you freedom to explore the surrounding area and enjoy all the amenities we have to offer. We have a designated parking spot available for you. Please ensure that you park only in the assigned area and do not obstruct any other vehicles. Please note that for security purposes, we kindly request that you do not share the remote key with anyone who is not listed on your reservation. This is to ensure the safety and privacy of both our guests and the property. If you have any visitor or guests who would like to join you during your stay, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance. We have a policy in place to to accommodate additional guests, and charges may apply depending on the number of people and duration of their stay. This is to ensure that our property remains comfortable and safe for all guests. Guests will enjoy access to the pool and braai area for your relaxation. Apartment is on the first floor unit and convenient to get to.
