The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals after a day of sightseeing or enjoying the lake. It boasts brand-new stainless steel appliances, including an electric oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, and a coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining table seats six—perfect for family meals, a card game, or an evening of board games. Next to the dining area, the family room invites you to unwind on a comfortable leather sofa and loveseat. The home features four bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed for a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom includes a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower. The main bathroom offers a tub and shower combination for added convenience. A full-size washer and dryer are available for guest use, ensuring added comfort during your stay. Guest access Guests will have full, private access of the entire property except garage and 1 designated parking spot. There is a casita on the property with its own designated parking space, but does not have common walls or entry and is not occupied when guests are present. Other things to note - No smoking - $250 fee for any residual smoke scent. - No pets, no exceptions - $500 fee for any unauthorized pets. - We welcome service animals in compliance with applicable laws. Guests are not required to pay a pet fee or deposit for a service animal. However, guests remain responsible for any damages, excessive wear, or extraordinary cleaning that may be required due to the presence of a service animal.
