Casa Agave - Giant pool, electricity and Starlink!

Beautiful serene beach house just 25 minutes from Puerto Escondido. Enjoy the beautiful beach of Agua Blanca, famous for its long stretches of white sandy beaches and amazing tide pools ... all to yourself. The best sunsent and sunrise in the area as well as amazing stargazing. Enjoy the solitude and serenity of Casa Agave either on your own or with family and friends. The space Two-story modern construction with 4 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, family room with office space, and a large open kitchen and dining area. Beautiful swimming pool centered around the house and terrace. Outside and indoor dining available. The outdoor living space by the pool includes hammocks, lounges and chairs. The terrace on the roof is half-covered and includes a half bathroom and a bar sink with running water. This is the perfect spot to practice yoga with an ocean view, watch the sunrise and sunset, and stargaze. We have a couple of air mattresses that you are welcome to use to spend the night under the stars. While we love our house design the real magic comes from all the palm trees swaying in the breeze, the luscious bugambilias and local agaves that surround the property. With Starlink satellite Internet our house is perfect for remote work or just to stay connected during your vacation. We look forward to sharing our little piece of paradise with you! Guest access The entire house is available for guests. Other things to note The house runs on solar power to provide lighting around the house, power the small refrigerator, and our Starlink satellite Internet. You are welcome to charge your small devices and laptops, however, large electric devices or appliances are absolutely prohibited as it would overload our system and it would void your deposit (If you have specific electric needs please let us know. We also have a gas generator available so we may be able to accommodate them but it needs to be pre-arranged).
