Chalé dos Sonhos is about 8 km from downtown Visconde de Mauá, with paved access almost to the gate, in addition to having 2 waterfalls on the grounds. It is intended for couples looking to enjoy special moments together. It is fully equipped, with a whirlpool, fireplace, balcony, hammock, double bed and American counter, and a breathtaking view of Pedra Selada. Newly built, every detail was designed to create a romantic and wellness environment. I hope you like it. The space The Sonho Chalet is one of the accommodations offered by the "Chalés das Cachoeiras." Located inside the property of Sítio Pedra Selada, the property still maintains rural characteristics, with cattle, horses and chickens. The area intended for the chalets is surrounded by the farm, and contact with the cattle is not allowed without the presence of a professional. The land has two private waterfalls, which are only accessed by guests of the Chalés das Cachoeiras (total of 4 units). The accommodation was recently built and has a double bed, burnt cement floor, hot tub, American countertop, gas shower, full kitchen, balcony with hammock, WI-FI, smart TV, as well as an incredible view of the Pedra Selada and the emblematic rooster on the roof, which gives the Chalet its name. Every detail was designed to ensure an environment that combines the rustic of a traditional rural environment in the Visconde de Mauá region, with comfort and romance, ideal for couples. We accept pets, upon request. Guest access Access to the chalet and two waterfalls located on the property. To access them, just go to the headquarters of Sítio Pedra Selada, which is about 200 meters from the chalet area, and continue for two minutes to the right of the outside area of the house. Other things to note a) Because it is a Property with rural characteristics, there is the presence of domestic (dogs and cats) and livestock (cattle and poultry); b) Likewise, because a good part of the Atlantic Forest is preserved, native animals are occasionally seen; however, contact is not allowed or advisable, approach is at the risk of the adult and capable person; c) Contact with farm animals is prohibited without the supervision of a qualified person, especially in the area (pasture) intended for them; being aware that some of the animals are not docile – requiring special, technical, and professional skills for contact with them; d) Full-time supervision of children, special people, and pets owned by guests is mandatory; by the responsible adult and full-time, not being allowed, especially access to the waterfall and the area intended for the breeding and treatment of animals without guardianship or, when necessary, the presence of a professional; e) The use of waterfalls inside the property is free; however, it is prohibited when weather conditions are not favorable (rain, imminent rain, or rain in the vicinity of the spring). Therefore, the professional must be consulted to ensure the climatic conditions; f) Guests are also aware that, due to the peculiarities of the Property (animals, nature, size, rural vocation, etc.), general caution must be taken to carry out any activities, always observing, listening, and acting in an attentive and safe manner. g) We do not provide bed and bath linens, we do provide pillows. h) In the region there is no cell signal, only Wi-Fi.
