Spend lazy summer days on the large and inviting terrace or down on the shared jetty with a bathing ladder and access to your own rowboat. Close to beaches and activities such as the Farmer's Ice Cream Party and Väddö Alpaca Farm for the children and wonderful Grisslehamn with its fishing huts and cozy restaurants. The space The property consists of a newly-renovated main building of about 55 sqm and a newly-renovated guest house of about 25 sqm. The houses are located at the top of a sunny little hill on a quiet dead-end street. The main building has two bedrooms, one with a double bed 180 cm and one with a bunk bed 2X70 cm, a living room, a dining room with 6 dining places, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, sink and incineration toilet. The guest house has one bedroom with double bed, fireplace, small kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment and working cast iron stove. The guest house has access from the outside to a separate toilet. Natural plot with mountains in the background. Sun all day and generous patio with sun beds and lounge furniture to catch the sun in all its positions. There is also a deck with dining table and barbecue.
