The studio is FOR WOMEN ONLY . Safe, quiet, warm and cosy upstairs double bedroom in my female only home. As a guest you will have your own private double bedroom, plus use of the upstairs kitchenette and lounge shown in the photos. Our home is in a lovely tree lined suburban area surrounded by countryside, 10 minutes walk from Pennington Flash county park and Leigh sports stadium. Postcode WN7 3NE You will have a dedicated off road car parking space for 1 car, van or motorcycle. The space Modern warm , clean home in a safe, quiet suburban area surrounded by fields. You will have your own private upstairs double bedroom and use of the upstairs guests lounge with smart Tv and upstairs Kitchenette shown in the photos. The modern upstairs bathroom with bath and shower is shared with my daughter and we use the washing machine in the upstairs studio . . Guest access You will have your own private double bedroom and use of the upstairs lounge with smart Tv and the upstairs Kitchenette. The modern upstairs bathroom with bath and shower is shared with my daughter (co host ) . This is a female only house. During your stay I live in the downstairs area of the house with my daughter. We try to give our lodgers / guests as much privacy as we can to make everyone feel relaxed and at home . You will have your own front door key to come and go as you please . The upstairs bathroom with bath is shared with mysel and my daughter ( co host ) Other things to note The kitchenette has a kitchen sink, washing machine, microwave, electric griddle, toaster, air fryer and kettle. The kitchenette & fridge/ freezer is for your exclusive use although we do use the washing machine ***Please note that there is no cooking hob in the kitchenette.
