We want you to feel comfortable and find time to relax. We have invested a lot of love and energy, and we hope you all enjoy it. The following house rules will help ensure a harmonious stay. In addition, we have listed some rules that we hope you will understand. With the proper treatment of the house on your part, you will help us continue to offer the house satisfactorily to guests in the future. If you miss something or need help, please contact us. Please handle all furniture and equipment carefully and carefully treat the rented housing. Additional Expenses Water, electricity, heating and garbage included in the price. These costs are calculated for normal consumption. If they are above average, we reserve the right to make an additional payment. Kitchen Please treat kitchen equipment and technical appliances with care. Since no one likes a dirty kitchen, please put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards only in a clean and dry condition. Use only garbage cans and cosmetic buckets in the bathroom with garbage bags and dispose of them in a closed garbage can. Do not throw or pour waste, food waste, harmful liquids and the like into the kitchen sink, toilets, sinks and shower! Avoid anything that could cause clogging of pipes, such as toilet hygiene items. The refrigerator should be emptied and moistened before leaving, there should be no food left in it. Waste: As we are required to separate waste according to the statutes of the lounge area, waste must be separated according to. Please dispose of the glass waste yourself. Refillable bottles and other additional equipment should also be disposed of regardless of where they are purchased. Cleaning: In the event of an accident (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.) is requested to be rectified immediately. We ask you to leave the apartment clean at check-out and put the used dishes back in the cabinets. Recreation Seasons: In the interests of good neighborliness, please observe the usual rest periods in the recreation area, such as lunch, night and Sunday rest. In the home and outdoors, night sleep should be maintained between 22:00 and 07:00. Wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi) is available in the holiday home. The required access code is located in the rest house. Using the Internet with your own WLAN-enabled terminal (laptop, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via a WLAN connection is free for the tenant. You use the Internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the use of the Internet by the tenant. Smoking is prohibited in the rest house! Please leave the rest house to smoke. Please do not dispose of the remains on site, but in an ashtray. Before leaving, be sure to empty the ashtray in residual waste. Pets are not allowed in the house. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In case of loss or damage to vehicles parked or maneuvered on the territory and their contents, the lessor is not responsible. Maintaining cleanliness and order If repairs are needed immediately, it may be necessary for the homeowner to enter the holiday home without the guest's knowledge. Price reduction in case of short-term breakdown of furniture, utilities or force majeure, the right to reduce the price is not provided. Defects in the apartment must be immediately reported to the landlord. The guest provides the landlord with a reasonable period of time to remedy the defects. Later complaints are not accepted and cannot be credited. Keys: Please, never give the keys out of hand. The loss of the keys must be reported immediately, and the guest is responsible for the replacement cost. Close the front door on the day of departure and return the keys, please. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Bring your own, please. Expendables are available to start with materials (toilet paper, dishwasher detergent). After that, we ask for self-sufficiency. If the dishwasher runs out of salt or rinse aid, please briefly let us know. Ventilation: In order to avoid mold formation, we kindly ask you to sufficiently ventilate the premises at least once a day for 5-10 minutes and especially after a shower. Please leave the shutters open throughout the day. Liability: The Lessor is not responsible for the valuables of the guests. Visit: Additional guests who stay overnight must be notified immediately by the landlord. The maximum capacity should not exceed 4 people. Check-in: and check-out Check-in is possible on the day of check-in from 15: 00 - by agreement also earlier, if the check-out does not take place on the same day. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the vacation home no later than 11 am. When you leave, the holiday home should look the same as you found it.
