It is a design-oriented landscape hotel with quality as its core. It is a scenic private house, the whole house only receives one group of guests, and does not share space with other guests. Visitor rules: Zhenyouai does not allow visitors to enter and use the common space. 2. No food service is provided. Tainan is a food capital from morning to night. We welcome you to share your food list. 3. In compliance with environmental regulations: No free bottled water and disposable supplies are provided, it is recommended to bring your own water bottles and toiletries. 4. Housekeeping service: No housekeeping service and change of bed sheets, duvets, pillowcases, towels during the stay. For replacement or extra pillows and blankets, please register in advance before check-in. 5. Occupancy limit: The number of guests in the private wing must match the number of guests booked, and over-occupancy or unauthorized visitors are not allowed. Extra guests will be charged $3000/person. Those who do not comply with the regulations will be canceled, and the cancellation terms will be implemented in accordance with the platform. 6. Smoking regulations: No smoking in the entire building and terrace. Violators will be charged a cleaning fee (based on the official website room rate for six people). 7. Description of the space: There is a luggage storage area on the first floor, and the entire building is designed with traditional stone stairs, retaining the warm texture and traces of time of the old house. Instructions for additional guests: The space was originally designed for 6 people, but up to 8 people can be added if needed, and we will provide a beanbag mattress as an extra bed option. If the space is used for commercial purposes (including photography, filming, live broadcasting, product placement, cooperative marketing, etc.), it must be applied for and approved in advance.
