Two houses in Barrio Santa Isabel. House 1 in front and House 2 in the back. Each house has 2 bedrooms with sommiers that can be assembled as a double or single bed. Kitchen, dining room, living room with single sofa bed, full bathroom and toilet. Gallery with grill, garden and individual outdoor shower. Complete dishes, linen, toaster, microwave, washing machine, salamander, air conditioning, wifi and electronic key. IMPORTANT January/February: minimum stay 7 nights. Check-in on Saturdays. The space Parking is located in front of the property and has space for 4 vehicles. House 2 is located behind house 1 and has a larger garden and perhaps more privacy since it does not face the street. The bedrooms have two sommier beds that can be assembled as a double or single as needed. For stays of 2 weeks or longer, cleaning is included on the middle weekend. Other things to note Wi-Fi: The house has a 100 mb fiber optic wifi connection that is perfect for teleworking and streaming. Telephone: In the neighborhood there is a good 4G signal from Movistar and Claro, but not from Personal. IMPORTANT January/February: Minimum stay 7 nights, with check-in on Saturdays.
