If discovered, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. ◯ **Garbage Collection** • Please leave your trash in your room when checking out. • We will provide instructions on how to dispose of your garbage. • If an excessive amount of trash (such as that from suitcases or large amounts generated by prohibited parties) or bulky waste is left behind beyond the normal amount for a stay, an additional disposal fee will be charged. ◯ **Forgotten Items** • If any items are found, we will contact you. • Items will be shipped collect on delivery; please understand this in advance. • If we receive no response, items will be stored for two weeks and then discarded. ◯ **Extended Stay or Late Check-Out** • If you wish to extend your stay or request a late check-out, please contact us by the day before. • Extensions may not always be possible depending on the circumstances. • Late check-out is generally not allowed; however, if absolutely necessary, please discuss it with us separately. • In the event of a late check-out, a cleaning staff standby fee of ¥1,518 per 0.5 hours will be charged. ◯ **Furniture and Equipment** Please refrain from moving furniture or equipment, as doing so may damage walls or floors.
