Our 3 bedroom, air conditioned, solid brick home is located 50m from the beach, opposite the boat ramp. Enjoy sea views from the open plan property, with a large undercover entertaining space, also offering views through to the water. Our paved and landscaped property offers year round comfort in a peaceful and relaxing setting. We openly acknowledge that some features are dated and worn (especially the carpet) but that is part of the charm of the place. Guest access 2pm check in with Key-safe access. Other things to note All bedrooms include a quilt with covers, pillows and mattress protectors. We request you supply your own linen (sheets, pillow cases, towels, tea towels and bath mat). If necessary we can arrange a hire of linen. Please enquire at the time of booking as additional charges will apply Please be aware we are in a remote area of Yorke Peninsula, as such mobile phone reception is patchy; Please be aware that we DO NOT provide a full linen service, unless requested. Optus is good, Telstra is patchy, Vodafone is non-existent. We don't have Wi-Fi, so it's a great place to disconnect but please plan for that.
