Enjoy easy access to everything as it is centrally located off of Park Blvd close to both airports, downtown Tampa, St pete’s and a short drive to all the beaches. The space FOCUS ON YOU... Take your time back and enjoy all the amenities of home. Your rent includes all utilities, city trash service twice a week, fiber wifi, pool service once a week, lawn care (only in front there is no grass in the back, pavers), pest control, linens provided, washer/dryer, and basic cleaning/housekeeping up to 2hours*, cleaners do not change linens and laundry service is not provided. We have a laundry service we recommend for only $1.00 per pound, washed dried and folded with free pickup and delivery. Smart TV's in all the bedrooms as well as the living room. The master bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom full size and third bedroom full and twin size beds. The pool is not heated. NO PETS, NO PARTIES NO SMOKING inside. No glass near or around the pool, damage will result in repair and cleaning charged to you. You must be 25 years or older, No 3rd party bookings. Other things to note SAFETY NOTE: There is not a child safety gate around the pool. The fence is a 6' with safety locks on both gates and a pool safety alarm on the door. By booking our listing you are understanding any and all hazards associated with a home that has a pool. The renter and any affiliates of said renter are held liable for any and all circumstances and or negligence that may arise during their usage of this said home that has a pool. *The services provided are part of the lease and non negotiable. If services are not rendered with contracted companies that help maintain the home you will be charged and subject to immediate termination. These contractors function on their time schedule so arrival will not be conveyed other than entry inside the home.
