A quiet country stay, just 5 mins drive to Mansfield and 45min to the top of Mt Buller. We have a new home, with heating and cooling in all rooms. Bedding and towels are included. We welcome you to share the living space with us and our two friendly dogs. You have the visitors wing, including a bathroom and 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Plenty of space for parking. Enjoy watching the sunrise across our scenic views, play with the dogs or wander around our large garden. The space Our house is situated on a large block of land with views of the Paps, Mt Samaria and Mt Stirling. Your bedrooms and private bathroom are situated at one end of the house. The bedrooms have sliding doors opening onto the decking. Rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning /heating. The queen beds have electric blankets. There is plenty of room for parking and trailers if needed. The living room and kitchen are shared spaces with us. The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, a microwave oven, induction cooktop, and 2 wall ovens. Enjoy a swim in the pool or a cosy evening in front of the fire. Guest access Guests will have access through the front door as well as through the bedroom doors which lead to the deck. You will have shared access with us to the kitchen, laundry, lounge and dining areas, as well as alfresco, pool and garden. Whilst we enjoy socialising with our guests, interaction can be as much or as little as you wish. During your stay Guests will have private rooms and have shared access to the laundry, kitchen, dining and lounge. We live at the other end of the house and will be available mornings and evenings to answer questions. Other things to note We have a two very friendly dogs.
