Bedrooms - All bedrooms are en-suite and mosquito nets provided on all beds - Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed - Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed - Bedroom 3 has a double beds that can be converted to a 6x6 king size bed - White bed linen/ bedsheets, duvet with duvet cover and two sets of white towels provided in each bedroom. • 6 pillows provided on each bed for maximum comfort during your stay. - Six speed ceiling fans provided in all bedrooms to cool temperatures 3.) Kitchen • Big and open plan kitchen perfect for whipping a delicious meal for friends, family or workmates - Equipped with appliances such as a gas cooker, oven, water dispenser, fridge, blender, toaster, sandwich maker, water heater kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, ceramic plates, cups, cooking pots, pans, glass tumblers and wine glasses etc. 4.) Bathroom -All bathrooms are equipped with a standard WC, instant hot water shower and stocked with two sets of white fresh towels at check-in. 5.) Laundry area A washing machine provided for added comfort and convenience, perfect for long stays, extended visits, business trips and leisure stays. - Laundry and ironing services can be offered by our housekeeper upon request at a fee. - Option of using a nearby laundromat that can pick your clothes at your doorstep, wash, iron, fold and return them on the same day is also available upon request 6.) Security The area is safe and the apartment is well secured with daytime and night time security guards, electric fence, alarm etc. Guest access -Guests will have the entire space to themselves - All the amenities within the unit, it's your home while you are here so enjoy! Other things to note • This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (complimentary tea, coffee sachets, sugar, water) and bath soap, shower gel, shower caps to start you off. We have hotel quality linens. - Chef provided upon request at a fee - We have online food recommendations of restaurants that can deliver food to your doorstep - Stay of 3 nights or longer will receive complimentary mid-stay cleans and fresh linens and towels - Week and month long stay will receive complimentary mid-stay cleans twice / thrice a week and fresh linen and towels - A washing machine provided for extra comfort and convenience. Laundry and ironing services offered by our housekeeper upon request at a fee. - Please let us know in advance before you check-in whether you would like the double bed and mattresses in bedroom 3 to be conjoined to one bed or left as 2 separate double beds *Cleaning note* We have an enhanced cleaning & sanitization process of the whole house before & after every booking. Our cleaning personnel wear gloves and masks when they work. We disinfect all knobs, switches, handles etc. SAFETY of our guest(s) is our PRIORITY
