Refurbished at the end of 2022, very bright, its balcony overlooks a quiet garden. Comfortable, cozy, close to tourist spots and away from their hustle and bustle, you can enjoy your trip to Nantes in winter or summer or travel around the region. Fully equipped and furnished to make you feel right at home, you'll love recharging your batteries here. The space The studio on parquet is located in a beautiful building with elevator. It consists of an entrance with a large closet (dressing room + shelves), a main room, a bathroom and a balcony not overlooked. The main room has a fully equipped kitchen area (glass cooktop, hood, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washer-dryer from March 30, 2025), a desk area, a reading or TV area (Orange cable subscription). The new bedding includes a special sensitive back mattress. Upon arrival you will find the bed made and towels available. The bathroom consists of a shower, a vanity on a chest of drawers, a heated towel rail and a toilet. The balcony allows you to have a quiet drink or read your favorite novel... or simply listen to the sound of the Erdre and the Loire nearby. Guest access You have the entire place to yourself.
