Relax in this 80 sqm spacious attic apartment in the Alpine style in a rustic wooden house. The west balcony with evening sun and views of Herzogstand and Heimgarten is connected to the living room. From the two bedrooms you can reach the east balcony with its breakfast and lunch sun. The beautiful Lake Kochel with a quiet swimming area is a 10-minute walk away. Hikes into the surrounding mountains can be started right outside the front door. The space The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a Bavarian wooden house with 6 parties. The hallway on the left leads to the two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (1.80 m or 1.40 m wide). Wardrobes, dressers and a desk are provided. From both bedrooms you have access to the southeast balcony, which is equipped with garden sofas and is ideal for breakfast in the sun. From the hallway you can also access the bathroom equipped with a shower, bathtub and two sinks as well as the fully equipped kitchen. Here you can prepare any treats. On the right side of the apartment, the spacious living room with a sofa bed awaits. The highlight of the apartment is connected to the living room: the west balcony with dining area and views of the Herzogstand and the Heimgarten. The evening sun stays here until the very end. In the basement, you can use the washing machine and dryer. Guest access The entire apartment is rented for own use. Other things to note The afternoon quiet time (12 pm - 3 pm) and the evening quiet time (from 10 pm) should be strictly respected. The apartment is ideally suited for four guests due to the two large bedrooms with the two double beds. An extra guest can stay on the sofa bed in the living room, but the comfort is higher in the bedrooms. In the municipality of Kochel am See, there is a visitor's tax and a tourist tax of €2.97 per person per night for adults. For teenagers (7-16 years), the amount is €2.47 per person per night. This amount must be paid before check-in. In addition, all guests must be registered in advance with their name and age. In return, each guest will receive a guest card with which you can ride the bus for free and get discounts at some facilities.
