From the 12th floor unit, you can enjoy the sunrise over Lake Bryan in the morning and sunset - book the extra day, you’re gonna wish you did. Yep, that's right - your view is SKY HIGH, the best in Central Florida. Unit is fully equipped and very luxurious. Parking included in price and there are NO ADDITIONAL RESORT FEES. The space We have remodeled this unit with a supreme GUEST experience in mind. BEDROOMS: KING Beds for both bedrooms that include memory-foam mattresses, closet space, and TVs (cable included). BATHROOMS: Bathrooms have PREMIUM BACKLIT MIRRORS, with light temperature change capabilities for best makeup application and fog resistance. (Perfect for selfies ;-)). Tub in the master (private bath) and tub in guest Restroom. Jets in tub are not always available, please be advised. There is both a common area entrance and private entrance for Guest Bathroom. LIVING AND LOUNGING SPACE: Living area includes a floor to ceiling window (12 ft. wide) that looks out the balcony and over the lake. The dining room table is back-dropped by additional large windows for more great views of Central Florida. The FULLY renovated kitchen is complete and stacked with all the essentials. Full fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and bar top seating provided along with plenty of dishware (plates, bowls, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, serving dishes, pots and pans and Tupperware for your convenience. BALCONIES: Master bedroom has a private balcony that overlooks the Downtown Disney Springs area. Fireworks can be seen nightly. There are two (2) rocking chairs and a side table to rest at. The family balcony wraps around for additional views and holds two (2) lounge chairs with ottomans for extra seating availability. We will make ourselves available to answer any questions and/ or concerns throughout your stay. Preference is that all correspondence is documented via the Air B&B app; however we provide a cell phone number in case there is an emergency. In the case of true emergencies, we can be on property within 24 hours (or sooner). Making your stay a 5 star experience is important to us; so we will always respond promptly.
