The living and dining room is spacious and bright, offering an inviting atmosphere for gatherings and meals, with direct access to the outdoor area. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds en suite with a shower, a double bedroom en suite with a shower, and a guest bathroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom en suite with a bathtub, providing extra privacy and comfort. On the lower level there is a games area with a snooker table and table tennis, ideal for entertainment for both adults and children. The kitchen is fully equipped, providing a functional space for preparing meals, with convenient access to the outdoor area. Outside, the property features a large private pool, heatable pool (additional cost), a generous garden, a dining area with BBQ, a games area, and parking space for one car, perfect for sunny days and social moments. Located in a quiet residential area near the centre of Carvoeiro, the villa is close to shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and Carvoeiro Beach. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Important Note: While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay, it is important to keep in mind that certain external factors may be beyond our control. Situations such as nearby construction work, indoor or outdoor odors, noise from neighbors or animals in the surrounding area, as well as occasional interruptions to water or electricity supply, may occur. Additionally, due to the geographical and climatic characteristics of the region, the presence of insects is possible, despite the preventive measures in place.
