The space Both Bedrooms are located upstairs, and each has its own private door to a shared jack-and-jill-style bathroom. Downstairs, you'll find a full-size bathroom and a Murphy bed conveniently located in the living room, offering additional sleeping space. Step outside to enjoy a private hot tub, plenty of seating, a Traeger barbecue for outdoor cooking, and a fire pit that's perfect for relaxing under the stars. The home is conveniently located close to a wide range of outdoor activities including hiking, biking, fishing, ski park, and stunning waterfalls-perfect for nature lovers and adventure seekers. Guest access Guest do not have access to garage or shed. Other things to note Third bed is a Murphy bed, located in living room. Someone will enter the garage every Monday around 6:30am to wheel trash can to the curb. Sprinklers will turn on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 30 minutes at 11 pm. Make sure and remove all personal items from the yard so they don’t get wet. Landscaper will be there every Monday and Thursday morning.
