Nice size well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances Please Note: This property has a shared main entrance, however once inside the house, the space is fully private. Other things to note House Rules: To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please adhere to the following guidelines: 1. Check-in and Check-out Times Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM Any early check-ins or late check-outs will incur additional charges, as cleaning is scheduled around these times. 2. Security Deposit A £150 or £200 authorization hold depending on the property you booked will be placed on your card as a security deposit. This will be released within 3-5 working days after check-out, assuming no damage is reported. Property Maintenance: 3. Keep the property clean and tidy throughout your stay. Before departing, please ensure the property is left in the same condition as upon arrival. Turn off all lights and securely close all windows and doors. Dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins: red top for recycling, black-top for general waste. No shoes upstairs. No eating or drinking in the bedroom. 4. Washing Up Wash and put away all dishes before leaving. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning charges. 5. Damage Reporting Report any damage during your stay or before check-out. Charges will apply for any damages found. Please inspect the property upon arrival, as we conduct inspections before and after your stay. 6. Pet Policy Pets are allowed with prior notice. An additional charge of £25 applies for small sized pets, £35 for medium sized, and £50 for large sized. *Additional Guidelines: -Park vehicles in a way that does not obstruct other motorists or residences. -No parties or loud noises. -No smoking inside the house. - Do not turn-off or plug- out the CCTV module, once violated it is subject to £40 fine. -Do not tamper with CCTV camera outside entrance of property. This will result in a fine of £50. -Do not tamper or remove the property key off the tether of lock box. This key needs to stay there for ease of access to property for all guests staying at the time and to remain in box at all times. Should the key be removed from tether this will result in a fine of £50 to re-connect the key. -Any stains or damage will incur charges. We appreciate your cooperation and wish you a pleasant stay!
