The space With 40 m² of space, the apartment consists of a cozy living room and open-plan kitchen, a full bathroom, and 1 bedroom with a double bed. Apartment Details: Cozy Living Room: The living room features a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, a sideboard with television, and a dining table. The TV offers a wide selection of channels in various languages. Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances, including a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. We also provide a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwashing detergent. Convenient Bathroom: The bathroom features a shower, hairdryer, and all necessary amenities, such as toilet paper and shower gel. Modern Amenities: Enjoy air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, bed linen, and bath towels (provided free of charge), as well as an ironing board and iron. We want to alert our future guests that despite the soundproofing of the apartments, the building under reconstruction is on the same street.
