Welcome to Lutten! The vacation apartment is located in Lutten (not far from the district town of Vechta). There is free parking and powerful WLAN at your disposal. The apartment is newly renovated. It is located on the first floor (accessible via stairs). The entrance door is located on the ground floor. The space The entrance area: The hallway on the first floor offers a large cupboard for storage and wardrobe space. The kitchen A fully equipped kitchen scores points with a large seating area for up to 4 people, enough storage space and a large window area. The bedrooms: Both bedrooms are furnished in a modern style and each has a flat-screen TV. Every bedroom has a double bed (1.80x2.00). You can stay with a maximum of 4 people here. The bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a shower and heated towel rail, a WC and a washing machine. All areas of the apartment are newly renovated. There is also free parking for up to two vehicles. Guest access The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and is accessible via a staircase and the main entrance. Other things to note The center of Vechta is 5 km away. Here you will find a varied selection of restaurants and shopping facilities. In the town itself, bakeries, a pizzeria and snack bar, grocery store and hairdresser are within walking distance, as are a pharmacy, a doctor (general practitioner) and a dentist. Lutten is located next to a nature reserve and invites jogging enthusiasts and walkers on beautiful and natural routes.
