Other things to note The homeowner keeps his boat on the lift in the boathouse. Guests have a place to tie up alongside the swim dock. Tram Instructions The tram is simple to operate, push up or down. There is a weight limit of 250 lbs. If you have a cooler and boat bags, that accounts for some of the weight. If you overload and the breaker trips, you will not have use of the tram until we can get an electrician to come and reset it. This may not happen during your visit. Do not overuse the tram by sending it continuously up and down the hill. This could result in it overheating and tripping a breaker, again, you will not have use of it until we can get it serviced. Do not push the middle stop button, this could result in in the cable jumping off the spool, disabling the tram. If we see evidence on camera that you are misusing the tram you will be asked to leave with no refund of your rent or security deposit. In booking this property you acknowledge that you have read and understood the rules for using the tram. You understand that you are not being charged to use the tram and should it stop working you will not be refunded or compensated for the time it did not work. You understand if the tram is broken down prior to my arrival you will not be able to use it and will not be compensated or refunded. You understand there are steps to the boathouse that you will be able to use, or you can pick my passengers up at a local boat ramp if they are unable to use the steps.
