Stunning lake front home with dock located on a quiet cove on lake Chatuge! This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home, complete with game room and fast Wi-Fi! Spacious covered porch provides seating for everyone and an outdoor grill to cook up a tasty meal! The lakeside gazebo provides a shady place to read a good book and the covered dock has additional seating as well as a ladder. This cove is perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing! The space This recently built home has STEPLESS entry and showcases an open concept vaulted living area with large flat screen TV. The spacious kitchen has quartz counters with center island, a double oven range, and all the conveniences to whip up a meal. There is both KEURIG and REGULAR drip coffee pots. The primary bedroom on main level features a comfy King bed, TV, and an ensuite bath with dual sinks and large tiled shower. The second bedroom on main level provides a comfy King bed, a TV as well as a full guest bathroom across the hall with dual sinks and large shower. The third bedroom is located upstairs with 2 full size beds, TV, desk area, and an adjacent full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The upper level also features a large game room with ping pong table, chess/game table, large TV, tons of board games, Ms Pac-Man arcade and sofa-perfect as a hangout room for the kids. Washer and dryer also available for use if needed. Lakeside covered porch provides plenty of outdoor seating as well as a gas grill. The expansive yard is perfect for kids to play catch or corn hole. Bring your fire wood and marshmallows if you want to use the real fire pit in the evenings. You can bring a boat or jet ski to tie up to the side of our dock. SORRY- We DO NOT ACCEPT PETS staying at our lake home. No Exceptions! Other things to note If you bring your boat or jet ski, you can drop it in the ramp located right off Redbanks Drive only 1/4 mile away. Since we are in a small cove, we can fit one boat up to 26 ft long OR 2 jet skis. You can tie on the side of our dock since our own boat is in the slip. We do not rent out our boat. The Towns County public beach/recreational area and pickle ball courts are only 2 miles away. There are plenty of quaint women's boutiques, antique shops and great restaurants in Downtown Hiawassee. The Georgia Fairgrounds hosts many music festivals throughout the summer and Fall months. There is also tons of other activities nearby such as zip lining, horse back riding, golf, arts & crafts, etc. In addition, there are many hiking trails and waterfalls in the area.
