In summer, from June 15 to the first weekend of September, enjoy the swimming pool at the foot of the accommodation🌊 (not private), and deckchairs in the garden to bask in the 🌞 - amenities and park nearby - tram line 3 nearest, taking you to the city center in 10 min - 5 min from the highway, 15 min from Saint Roch train station, and 20 min from the beach no smoking allowed🚭 Pets are not allowed. The space The apartment on the ground floor of the garden is composed of a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom and a large dressing room, separate toilet and a functional shower room. ⚠️Accommodates 2 adults and 1 baby only with a cot possible Guest access You access the residence through the main gate. The accommodation is on the ground floor next to the pool. A welcome sheet will be sent to you if necessary to properly locate the accommodation in the residence.
