Located in a quiet and bucolic area, which must remain so during your stay, it is ideally located to visit Strasbourg, Obernai, Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé, Colmar and the wine route. Also close to Europa Park and centrally located for visiting the most beautiful Christmas markets in Alsace. On this occasion the house will be beautifully decorated with this atmosphere. The space The house of about 100 square meters, with large terrace and garden, is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, in a small typical village, elected "village where life is good" and "nature commune". In summer: enjoy the large terrace equipped with tables and chairs, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue and 4m x 2m x 1m self-supporting swimming pool (set up around June and depending on the weather). The many bay windows make the living space very bright with a lovely view of the garden. In the evening, the dimmable ceiling lights will let you choose the atmosphere and privacy you prefer. A Wii, books and board games will be available to you. Two bedrooms and a converted attic are the sleeping areas. Two bathrooms and 3 toilets also make organization easier for everyone. Everything will be at your disposal to simplify your stay and make you feel at your best and calm to rest after your day of sightseeing. You will also have two parking spaces in a private area in front of the house. Bed linen and a large towel per person are provided. Guest access You will have access to all the rooms visible in the photo. The basement and garage will not be accessible. A small apartment is located in the basement of the house (access next to the garage) and could be occupied by other guests but no space (indoor or outdoor) is shared. Other things to note The place is great for 4 people with its two real bedrooms but can be occupied by 6 or 7 people. It is then necessary to take into account that the converted attic is accessible by 1 staircase and 1 hatch and that the height of 1.80 only exists under the central beam. Thus, and for safety, we will not allow young children or mature people to stay there. Reservations for up to 4 guests do not include the use and preparation of this space. However, it can be used and prepared for an additional fee of 40 euros per stay.
