Keukenhof, Utrecht and Rotterdam are also easily accessible due to the central location. The space The apartment is equipped with a new comfortable bed and a luxurious (sleeper) sofa. The luxury sofa invites you to relax, while watching your favorite Netflix series on the smart TV (65 inch), in the living room. The newly built apartment (2022) is luxuriously equipped and totally private with the following features: - Own entrance - Bedroom for 2 people - Living room with a relaxing sofa (which turns into a large bed for 2) - Kitchen with induction stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, pans, cutlery and a big fridge with a number of cold cans so you can relax and enjoy a drink after arrival - Bathroom with warm water, towels and a toilet - Private washing machine & dryer - Fast WiFi We (the hosts) stay in a nearby apartment that is not connected to the guest area, but we are happy to help you with any questions. Guest access You have access to all the rooms, there are no shared areas, it is a completely private apartment for you. Free parking spaces accessible for all our guests. The price includes gas, water and electricity. Other things to note If you book for more than 2 people, you have access to a sofa bed which is made up with a luxury topper and full bedding. The sofa bed has the dimensions 160x220. The price includes gas, water, and electricity. There are no more additional costs. WiFi, and all the other facilities are free of charge.
