The space The 45 square meter apartment is located on the third floor (about 35 steps, steep and narrow) of a typical building in Florence's historical center, in the coolest district of Florence, Borgo San Frediano, the historic popular neighborhood of Oltrarno where tradition and modernity blend perfectly, creating a unique and inimitable place. Located a stone's throw from Piazza Santo Spirito, a frequent venue for markets and small markets (one takes place every morning, while others take place on weekends) full of restaurants and nightclubs, artisan shops and artists' studios, it is close to all the most important historical monuments. Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Garden are just 200 meters away, other monuments such as the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery, Piazza della Signoria and Piazza delle Repubblica are easily reachable on foot by strolling and getting lost among the historic and characteristic villages of Florence. You will love staying in the apartment because it is intimate, welcoming, well-equipped, well-located, very quiet and away from traffic, equipped with air conditioning, suitable for couples or small groups (up to 4 people). The apartment, consisting of a living room with a comfortable sofa bed with a 160x190cm mattress (usable if you are more than two people staying), a well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and washing machine, a double bedroom and a bathroom, is also suitable for accommodating children from 1 to 3 years old because it is equipped with a cot/crib, high chair, changing table and toys. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, utensils and bottle opener) and has a fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, moka pot, Nespresso machine and American coffee machine. You will find a hairdryer, iron and ironing board available. The apartment is equipped with WI-FI, smart TV, and utilities are included.
