Tourist accomodation awarded 3 stars. Comfortable fully renovated two-bedroom appartment in a calm residential area. Ground floor facing a charming interior courtyard. Two bedrooms each with a double bed and a single bed in one of the bedrooms. Large living room with an open kitchen. True airbnb spirit. This is our home, but we rent it while we are away. PLEASE NOTE: Cleaning fee (including bed sheets and towels) 50 EUR to be paid upon arrival in cash. The space This is our home and we like our guests to feel at home. We can offer a simple breakfast: cereals, jam and butter, coffee, hot chocolate and tea is available. Otherwise, please feel free to use all the condiments you find in the kitchen. There is a small wine-fridge at the side of the bar. Please help yourselves to one bottle of wine, beer or water. It's on the house :) Both bedrooms have desks. One desk has a screen and a Lenovo docking station. Please feel free to use it if you need to work. Netflix, Amazon Prime, and several other channels are installed on the TV. We also have a PlayStation 4 and you’re free to use it. Pets are welcome, but please let us know in advance. Please beware: - It gets quite warm in the summer, especially in the evenings due to West exposure. We can’t install air conditioning but we have ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room. I hope that you appreciate this traditional cooling system. Guest access Parking just in front of the residence (free on weekday 19h-9h, on Sundays, public holidays and the whole month in August). Check the "flowbird" site for rates during the weekdays. Public transport buses C7 (to Part-Dieu main railway station) and C10 about 50m away. Shared public bicycle service (Velo'v) is just in front of the building. You may also use our Velo'v subscription.
