The space The 48-square-meter apartment has recently been renovated; it consists of an elegant living room and dining area with antique-style furniture. From the living room you can access the spacious kitchen, modern and equipped with all comforts and equipment: stoves, oven, kettle, refrigerator + freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, small coffee/tea corner, dishes, pots and pans, various utensils. Extendable table for delicious lunches and dinners but also a snack corner on which to consume quick lunches. The living room is equipped with a 42-inch TV and free Wi-Fi internet connection (Satellite TV, FREE Wi-Fi without limitations). The double bedroom, with antique and romantic tones, overlooks the outdoor area; it consists of a comfortable double bed with a double mattress, double pillows, a chest of drawers, bedside tables and a restored antique wardrobe. For the little ones, there is the possibility of adding a camping cot and a high chair. The bathroom, with a modern design but equipped with antique elements, has a very large shower stall, toilet, bidet, and sink; it is equipped with a hairdryer and a space for linen. A courtesy set with soap and shampoo is available to guests. Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge. Guest access Access to the house is from an external walkway directly connected to the parking lot; the entire area is fenced and secure.
