Go out and explore the south coast with the beach & bush walks less than 10mins walk from your door. The space Fully contained studio, with decent sized bathroom, queen bed and full kitchen. TV is equipped with a chromecast device so you can stream media direct from your phone. Portable blue-tooth speaker allows you to enjoy your music indoors and out. Private deck & garden is west facing and receives afternoon-evening sun. Relax and read or be creative with art supplies & adult colouring book available on the book shelf. Free on-site parking for up to two cars. Access to studio is down 12 steps. There is a cat and two dogs on the property, the cat (Jude) is very social and may swing by to say hi. The dogs (Henry & Birdie) you likely won’t meet unless you want to. Both are friendly. Guest access Guests have access to the downstairs studio, deck and garden. Access to upstairs garden by arrangement. Additional reading material/movies are available upstairs. Other things to note Friendly owner lives above with two dogs Henry, Birdie & cat (Jude). Birdie one my dogs has a neurological condition which means she can be clumsy and heavy footed at times so You may hear the occasional thud if she trips over. But otherwise both dogs are generally quiet and chill. Owner is available for any issues but studio is & studio access is completely private. Pets are by arrangement only.
