Your breath will slow and your heart warm with serenity of yesteryear as you sit on the porch among heritage camellias, cedars, pecans, walnut, and magnolia trees, or simply sit with a fire of the wood stove in the thinking house. The space The spacious new big house c1900 is well lighted by large windows in all rooms. First level has living room, parlor, large dining room, butler pantry, kitchen, and master bedroom and bathroom. Access for second level requires climbing 19 steps to a sitting area, bathroom, and choice of four large bedrooms- double, double, queen, twins. The old c1867 house has a restroom for your comfort when outside. There is one outdoor shower behind the big house for the adventurer. Detached thinking house with wood stove and fire pit for work. The owner is on the property to be sure you enjoy your stay. Guest access If renting the entire house, all areas are available to guests. If renting a single bedroom, the parlor, living room, and kitchen are available. Other things to note Please note this private home contains personal items and antiques that may be fragile and very special to the family. NO SMOKING allowed except outside. Please note the porch is considered part of the house, not outside. Please do no attempt to adjust old clocks.
