Double room in a Cosy and modern detached house

A cosy and modernised cottage with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 living area. There is a large kitchen/diner/living area with a TV. There is one room to rent with a shared bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and toilet. It is shared with one other person (the host)+cats & 1 dog. There is also a downstairs wc. Guests have access to the kitchen /dining / settee area. There is a driveway for parking, or free road parking. The space All very clean and modern. Downstairs has a large hallway, a large kitchen/dining room/lounge and wc. Upstairs are two double bedroom and one single bedroom. The bathroom is shared with the host.
