Homely duplex penthouse city centre

- 5 bedrooms - 3 balconies (one overlooking the city next to your room) - Projector - Bar - Huge kitchen - Ping pong table outside - Loads of seating, inside and out! - Very close to bars, cafes etc - On the edge of the CBD next to the lovely Carleton Gardens - There are 5 of us so the place is for sociable and can occasionally get a tad messy The space This place is made using recycled furniture. There are tables built from pallets, mismatched sofas and generally is just a practically built space. Super sociable. We are all mid 20s to mid 30s. Boys and girls. Guest access You can use what ever you like! Except the other bedrooms: - Projector to watch Netflix or what ever else (shared) - Table tennis table - Bar upstairs - Loads of books - Board games During your stay I won't actually be there but all my (website hidden) are super helpful and will recommend you anything during your stay. You are right near both Fitzroy and Carleton though so if you walk in either of those directions I doubt you will find any bad food/drinks Other things to note There is building going on next door and they start pretty early. I will leave ear plus for anyone that sleeps lightly but it never wakes me up. As there are 5/6 of us the place can occasionally get messy. If you need the place to be spotless it probably isn't for you.
