This unique place has a style all its own. The space Unique modern design, everything is new, open concept living, very cozy house to stay. Amenities include: Private room with closet, bath. Bedroom includes Includes separate study with mini fridge with freezer, microwave, utensils/plates and water, snacks. Clean towels, soap, lotion, assorted toiletries and hair dryer, hair straightener in bathroom. Iron, ironing board, hangers, laundry basket located in walk in closet and washer/dryer units are located downstairs as well. 4K-55, inch TV with Netflix & YouTube with Xfinity Cable. In addition to the kitchenette, guests have full access to home’s updated kitchen and appliances with the exception of some storage areas that will be locked. Guest access What to Expect: Confirmed guests will be sent an email hours before their check in time with access gate and door codes, and notification on whether I will be there during your stay. The house has a front door which is equipped with keypad entries. The house has kitchen, living room, game room, bedroom, bathroom, washer/dryer, and balcony. During your stay I'm alway on the look-out for new things to do in Houston, and look toward to helping guests have a great time during their stay by providing recommendations via phone, or in person if possible. Level of interaction is up to you! Other things to note I just only provide few things for guest at the beginning of the stay (trash bags, shower gel, washing liquid, kitchen liquid …) for just only short term stay to help guests because maybe guests forget to buy or not ready yet. But I cannot provide for long term. Guest have to buy those their own.
