Please use designated spots to avoid any issues. 🚗❌ 🔊 Quiet Hours & Respect: We do not allow parties or loud music at any time, as we are on the water and sound travels easily. 🌊🔊 This policy is enforced by the city and is also to help preserve the great relationship we have built with our neighbors. Please be respectful and considerate during your stay. 🤝😊 🐜 Wildlife & Maintenance: The house is under contract with a professional exterminator to keep pests at bay. 🐜🔎 Please note, Florida weather is glorious, but if it rains, you might see some palmetto bugs, as the house is surrounded by gardens and the canal. 🌧️🪳 These insects are harmless and part of the local ecosystem.
