Welcome to our 2 story, 900 square foot guest house. Our space offers guests plenty of rom to relax, work, or play – HD TV’s, super-fast WIFI, and plenty of entertainment options. A nice sized desk and color printer is available for our business travelers. We also feature plenty of parking (trailers /large vehicles welcome). Our property includes a small charcoal grill and an in-ground pool that is available during summer months. The space Our Lodge features plenty of space to stretch out with comfortable furniture for the whole family. Our lodge sleeps 4-6 adults comfortably (2 Queens, and 1 pull out couch). Pack and play upstairs for kids with sheet. Full kitchen with all appliances and all cookware necessary. Our lodge features two large flat screen TV’s with access to Live TV, Netflix, Hulu, and an Xbox One for the gamers. A bookshelf with movies, books, and games is also available. Both the downstairs and upstairs are climate controlled with independent mini-split units and can be adjusted to your personal preference. The bathroom does feature a full-sized tub and shower. Please note, the upstairs bedroom is one large room with two queen beds. Our lodge has ample parking for multiple vehicles or for our guests that may be in a moving van, or pulling a boat. Our property is secluded and surrounded by woods, but also protected by outdoor security cameras to ensure vehicles are safe overnight. There is a power outlet near the parking area to allow for overnight charging of boats/accessories, or an EV. A charcoal grill and outdoor seating are also available. **Outdoor Swimming Pool is Open for Summer 2024| The pool is private for our guests, we typically do not use the swimming pool while guests are present Guest access You will have keypad access to the entire space, including swimming pool (during summer months). Other things to note To the fullest extent permitted by Louisiana law, the Owner and/or Manager of the rental property hereby fully and expressly disclaims all liability and shall not be liable to any party for any injury, loss, damage, accident, or expense arising out of or related to the guest’s use or occupancy of the premises, including but not limited to injuries or damages resulting from slips, falls, acts of God, theft, weather conditions, or the use of any structures, amenities, or equipment on the property. By booking this property, Guest affirms they have read and accepted these terms, acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their stay, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and/or Manager from any and all claims, actions, or liabilities arising from the Guest’s actions or those of any invitees, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Owner or Manager.
