Newly renovated, this home is situated on a private 4 acre waterfront estate in the town of Oracabessa on the beautiful north coast of Jamaica. You will have easy and convenient commute to all the tourist attractions on the north coast including the famous Dunn's River Falls, Mystic Mountain, the Blue Hole and Turtle River Park. Steps just 10 meters away lead to concrete pier with access to a crystal clear shallow cove ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The space The design of the home optimizes the space so you will have ample room for cooking, dining and relaxing. The home has a 20 foot vaulted ceiling which creates a spacious feel and, with the addition of ceiling fans, produces a comfortable abode that makes the available air conditioning unit necessary only in extreme conditions. The 3 piece bathroom features a stand up shower. Guests on longer stays may find the included washing machine convenient. Drying is done on a drying rack just outside the rear door. The entire home is for your enjoyment and has direct access to a large pier on a gorgeous shallow turquoise cove just a few steps away. Other things to note Several small supermarkets are available in the town of Oracabessa which is a 15 minute walk from our location while several large fully equipped supermarkets are located in the town of Ocho Rios which is a 20 min car ride to the west of our location.
