Other things to note ✅ Security Deposit Policy - Security deposit is managed by Michelle at Travel Lettings - A £100 refundable security deposit is pre-authorised 48 hours before arrival and released within 48 hours after departure, following the property inspection. - A £50 charge may be deducted from the security deposit if dog waste is left inside the property - No cats allowed. ✅ House Rules - No smoking or vaping indoors (ashtray provided outside). - No candles or naked flames - No parties or large gatherings - Quiet hours between 10pm – 8am ✅ Terms & Conditions - All guests must sign Travel Lettings’ T&Cs (digital link sent after booking). - Breakages happen- small accidents like broken glass won’t be charged, but please inform us so we can maintain the property.
