The space BEDROOM The property features three comfortable bedrooms, with the first offering a king-sized bed and the second and third bedrooms each offering a queen-sized bed. All bedrooms feature professionally laundered and pressed linen, along with generous wardrobe space for your belongings. BATHROOM The property features two bathrooms and an additional separate toilet. The first bathroom includes a shower and toilet, while the second features a shower. The separate toilet provides added convenience. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, guests may need to top up supplies depending on usage. KITCHEN Feel free to make use of the fully equipped kitchen, complete with: * Fridge/freezer * Stovetop * Microwave * Oven * Dishwasher * Crockery and cutlery A small selection of essentials such as milk, coffee, and tea is provided for your arrival. For longer stays, guests may wish to purchase additional items as needed. LIVING AREA The living room features a 55" Samsung Smart TV for your entertainment. You’re welcome to log in to your own Netflix, YouTube, or other streaming accounts during your stay. LAUNDRY A washing machine and dryer are available, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience. PARKING - Two designated car spaces are available at the property. - Additional paid parking is available at the Wilson car park on the ground floor, as well as two paid parking garages in Burbury Close. - Limited free street parking may also be available along Sydney Avenue and NSW Crescent, subject to availability and parking restrictions. Guest access Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure. Only one guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as replacement costs apply. Lost keys, or keys left inside the apartment requiring assistance, will incur a minimum charge of $355. Your keys are stored off-site at " Realm Park - 5 Burbury Close, Barton". Other things to note We want guests to enjoy their stay comfortably while also helping us care for the property and respect the neighbours. This is not a party property.
