Enjoy a cozy experience at this centrally-located in Kennedy town. The flat is located In an old , traditional Hong Kong styled building in Kennedy Town near Mrt exit B, on Catchick Street About the flat: it is a 4 bedroom Flatshare with 600 Sq ft net size without an elevator and on the 5/F. The flat has access to an amazing rooftop with seaview and BBQ grill, a nice area for hanging out with friends to have a drink and do yoga or sun tanning(in summer). Check-in: 3:00PM Check-out: 11:00 am The space The Cozy 4 Bedroom Flat in Kennedy Town is equipped with everything that you need during your stay. The flat has a spacious common living room area, a dining table with chairs where you can prepare and enjoy your meal You have a comfy couch where you can relax and hang out with roommates There is a washer/ drying machine There is 1 fridge in common area Kitchen which is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, 2 hot plates for cooking , pans , pots , cutlery , plates , glasses, microwave About the bedroom: features a double sized bed ( 4ft by 6ft), comfy mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe. The bedroom comes with bedsheets , quilt , quilt cover, pillow and fresh towels so you don’t have to buy them. This room has a big and bright windows. About the roommates: Roommates are mostly HKU students or recent graduates. Other things to note No smoking or holding pets or loud noises! On first occasion it is a $2000 HKD fee On second occasion you are asked to leave without refund Electricity charges are shared equally among the roommates ( applicable for monthly stays ) Please note we request our guests to provide pic of ID after booking confirmation in compliance with Hong Kong immigration laws. Our minimum stay is 28 days If your booking is for fewer days, a 28-day lease starting from the check-in date will apply. If you check out earlier, we will take back possession of the premises. You are granted a license to occupy the premises during your stay and we have exclusive possession of the premises ( room and common area) at any time. If any late check out or refusal to check out, we will take back the property by any means and may dispose of your personal belongings. You are responsible for garbage disposal for your own room and of the common areas! This is a shared flat, don't wait for rubbish to accumulate in the flat or dispose of it improperly at the door etc
