This is our family cabin, which means a lot to us. We therefore hope you will treat it as your own, but also enjoy it as your own. The cabin is of a high standard and you can enjoy it in all seasons, both outside and inside. The cabin possibly has Holtardalen's most amazing view, here you can see beautiful Raulandsfjell and large parts of Holtardalen. Furnishings and contents are hand-picked so that the cabin is trendy and tasteful, while at the same time maintaining the cabin character. From the loft you can enjoy the tranquility, read a book, watch a movie or simply just relax and enjoy the amazing views. For children and young people, there is also play and fun with playstation4 and games available. In addition, there is a washing machine, dryer, Altibox TV & internet, smart TV, many card and board games, outdoor furniture, fire pan, electric car charger, two-three parking spaces. Large and sunny terraces around the entire cabin. For families with children, there is also a high chair and travel bed available. Everything you need to enjoy all seasons with us :) Unfortunately, we don't rent out to groups of friends, only to families. Duvets and pillows are included, but bed linen and towels must be brought. Toilet paper, paper towels etc. must be brought. Firewood and normal consumption of electricity included (50kWh per day). For example, it will not be necessary to have heating cables on all floors (only bathroom). Heating with wood stove and heat pump, as well as stoves in bedrooms if desired. Overconsumption will be invoiced, with NOK 4 per kWh. Any use of the electric car charger is also extra. (Possible overconsumption is documented with a printout from the electricity supplier) Use of the jacuzzi is not included in the rent, but can be rented in special cases, for an additional fee (NOK 3,000). Consumption of electricity for use of the Jacuzzi will then be included in the price. Pets are not allowed due to allergies. Other things to note Rauland is located in Vinje municipality in Telemark. The area is located approximately halfway between east and west, with about 3 hours from Oslo and 4 hours from Western Norway. In winter, you can put on your skis 100 meters from the cabin, with access to 29 slopes in Rauland ski resort. Also easy access to miles (150 km) of cross-country ski trails. Immediate access to great nature and hiking activities also outside the winter season. Many opportunities for great excursions to e.g. boat trip v/Mogen and down the historic road to Rjukan. Rjukan has a water park and a cinema. Nice fishing waters and lots of opportunities for trips in beautiful surroundings. Also opportunities for kayaking and canoeing on Mogen or Totak. For cycling enthusiasts, there are also many opportunities. In the immediate vicinity are Vierli and Rauland city center with shops, cafe and restaurant.
