Upon entering the home you will find desert and vintage styled décor elements in every corner. Step into the open concept great room, you will find an inviting living room furnished with plush seating perfect for gathering and relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen is where you can prepare home cooked meals with an ample supply of cookware. You will have multiple areas to enjoy your meals, either on the dining table setup for 6, the additional seating on the kitchen island, or at the breakfast nook. The coffee station is stocked with fresh whole beans, where you can use either the drip coffee machine or pour over carafe. A variety of tea options are also provided. The primary bedroom features a king size bed with Casper Hybrid mattress, premium linens and en-suite bathroom. This bathroom was completely renovated and features a deep soak tub and walk in shower. Bedroom #2 features a queen size bed, Casper Hybrid mattress wrapped in premium linen for an amazing night sleep. The Boho inspired guest bedroom #3 features a Queen over Queen bunk bed that sleeps 4. Perfect for the young or the young at heart. Bathroom toiletries from Public Goods including hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are provided for your convenience. There are many mindful features throughout the home, such as extra bath and pool towels, plush robes, Smart thermostat, bedside USB charging, and of course the outdoor amenities. When you stay here everything is available for you to use. This is not a party house and not set up for large groups as we do have neighbors. We only allow registered guests on the property at all times. If you want a party home in the middle of nowhere, this is not the property for you. West Wanderer is a perfect retreat for groups that wish to come to the desert to relax and unwind, while having the convenience of being close to local shops and restaurants. We have cameras pointed to the driveway in order to ensure only registered guests are on the property. Enjoy your stay! STVR29-22 Guest access The entire home is exclusively yours without interruption during your stay. So relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Other things to note Please be respectful of our neighborhood. This property is in a quiet cul-de-sac, and we ask that guests to avoid playing loud music outdoors. No device that produces any sound shall be used outside or be audible from outside between the hours of 10PM and 7AM. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint you will be asked to leave. The pool may be heated upon request. Pool will be heated to around 85 degree F. We offer a 2 tier pricing: • $150 for 1 night of heating • $110 per night, 2 nights or longer Please let us know 24 hours prior to arrival so we can turn on the heater for you. Our pool and hot tub are cleaned twice a week, on Monday and Thursday mornings between 8-11am. Our pool is right in the backyard so children staying on the property must be supervised by adults at all times. Smoking is not permitted indoors (outdoor area is fine, must dispose your own ash/butts properly). If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charge a fine starting at $300. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you. We have a strict no pet policy. No animals of any kind are permitted on the property. We are aware of the value of service animals and ESAs, however, a family member is allergic to animal hair and dander, and we do stay here ourselves from time to time when not hosting guests.
