The advertised free street parking is on a first come-first served basis. The space Small, bright, modern studio room at a condo complex nestled in the trees near city proper. It is located along Yangco Street where the known Brent International School is located. Our design and style is simple and functional. The room walls and the floor are a light off-white or beige color. A simple, dark wooden dining table with four chairs occupies one corner. A small, flat-screen television is mounted on the wall near the table. A queen-sized bed is placed in the center; it has a light peach-colored bedspread, a light beige/off-white linen set, and pillows. A light gray upholstered loveseat sits angled near the bed against the wall. A window with pink/rose-colored curtains is prominent, letting in natural light. A small, white table, possibly a nightstand, sits tucked in between the bed and dining area's wall. We also have a pull out bed in case our guests would like to have separate sleeping, or they are more than 2 pax. The style is minimalist and clean, with simple, modern furnishings. The condo unit is well-maintained, functional, and comfortable. Guest access Entire space of the condo unit is available for use by guests. Our guests are known by the guards. An endorsement list is with them. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send instructions and ask information regarding our guests. This is a requirement of the building management. This is the basis for the endorsement letter. Once you are confirmed by the guard, please : 1. Proceed to the Main Lobby Reception at LG1 2. Go to the mailbox section and locate our Box 3. They physical key and the elevator card are there. 4. Proceed to your Unit using the access key/cards with you. Other things to note SAME DAY BOOKING Please understand that same day booking for this Unit may need approval from Building Admin. Processing of applications by their staff is usually between 12 PM to 2 PM only and late reservations may no longer be approved. It may also need a manual approval from us. It isnproabble that we cannot schedule housekeeping due to availability of housekeeper or current guest not checking out on time. Always consult with our customer support prior to booking. We also reserve the right to decline same day requests if it is not possible for our manpower. NO RESERVED PARKING Please note that we do not have an assured parking on the property. There is a street parking for about 6 vehicles. It is park at your own risk and first come - first serve basis. So we recommend parking at the nearby City Hub that charges about 250 to 300 pesos per overnight parking. SM is also recommended if that is what guests frequent. Brenthill and SM is near and a taxi fare going there will be less than 60 pesos as of writing. SMOKING AND VAPING IN-UNIT This is a high offence. Guests leaving trails of smoking cigarette, weed, or vaping will be charge AT LEAST PHP 2,500 or more depending on the severity. If it will trigger the building alarm, we will leave it to the guards and the management to push more sanctions and fees to our wayward guests. DRINKING WATER For the safety of our guests, we encourage you to buy your preferred brand of water prior to your check in. This will be your supply as we do not provide it.
