The space Cosy and compact, featuring a sun-drenched open-plan living area upstairs and two double bedrooms downstairs. Wake up to breathtaking ocean views from both bedrooms, with doors leading to a lower balcony. For additional accommodation, we offer an external bunk room, providing a separate sleeping quarters from the main house, ideal for older children. Fully equipped kitchen Bedroom One - Queen Bed with Ensuite Bedroom Two - Double Bed Bedroom Three - Single Bunk Beds (this is in an external sleepout with power) Bathroom (also the ensuite for Bedroom One) - Toilet & Shower Separate toilet upstairs Outdoor shower Laundry facilities BBQ and outdoor dining table for 6 Beanbags on the balcony Kayak and paddleboard (including lifejackets for adults & children) Board games & playing cards Portacot available if required and we have children's dinnerware as well Guest access You’ll have access to the whole property; house and sleepout/bunk room. We have a paddleboard, kayak, water shoes, life jackets, beach towels and wetsuits available for guests to use down at the beach. Other things to note Please note that our property is located on a steep hill, granting mesmerising views. However, it's essential to consider that there are 65 steps leading down to the house, making it unsuitable for those with accessibility needs. Additionally, we want to inform you that we do not provide a TV, encouraging our guests to fully immerse themselves in the natural beauty and serenity of the surroundings.
