On the first floor, on the right on the landing. No sea view. 3 windows without balcony. The kitchen/living room area is distributed over the sleeping area on the right and the bathroom/toilet area on the left. No parking space. Small fan to be plugged into the mains. Road works until August. Guest access The entrance to the apartment is on the 1st floor on your right when you are on the landing. The lockbox is located to the left of the building's front door on the left. There is a code that will be communicated on the day of guest check-in. Street work from October 21 to February 21. The nightly rate is adjusted over this period because of the risk of noise pollution. Other things to note There is a 2-leaf sliding door between the living room and the bedroom. The clothes rack is stored under the bed. The switches are equipped with light dimmers that vary according to the intensity of the finger pressure. The bedroom light fixtures are fragile, to be handled with care. The switch that turns on the radiators is located at the back of them 5 cm from the top edge on the right. If needed, a broom and mop are present in the living room cupboards. The appliance manuals are located in the 2nd drawer under the cutlery. Please do your DISHES and store them on your departure and leave the toilets CLEAN out of respect for the person who comes to clean. Do not leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher when you leave. To turn on the towel dryer: box above the toilet (to be put back in the same place): press on/off at the top left then on boost and select the temperature then the duration.
